It comes in a big box.

With giant ice packs on the top and bottom with insulated packaging.

It’s over 90° here everyday so it did get water on some packaging. But the ice packs were still mostly frozen and everything was cold.

My six choices!

All the meals come with the nutritional information on the back.

Here’s how they are packaged. The meals are fresh, not frozen. Pierce a few holes in the top and microwave for 2-3 minutes. My microwave took 3 minutes. Everything came out perfect.

Three Bean Turkey Chili. I honestly couldn’t tell this was turkey. It is a full flavored chili. I love chili and make it in the winter a lot. It’s almost as good as mine 😉.

Chimichurri Salmon. I was a little hesitant ordering this because I’ve never tried Freshly before and didn’t know what to expect. But I’m glad I did. It’s very good. The vegetables were good too.

Chicken Livorna. This was probably my favorite meal. The beans are so flavorful & the chicken was very filling. It doesn’t look like much but it definitely hearty.

Garlic & Herb Shrimp. The shrimp are large shrimp! I loved the zucchini in this dish as well. Very good.

Homestyle Meatloaf. Another dish I was a little weary of ordering because Meatloaf isn’t always good! But, it was! The potatoes have this delicious sauce on them. This was probably my second favorite dish!

Chicken Parmigiana. A breaded chicken with saice and cheese. It was good bit it had a lit of cheese. I just took a little off. The broccoli has a little flavor too.

I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was really good. I love the fact that all the meals are healthy. I feel like I do have a personal chef! It’s definitely got me rethinking this whole cooking thing. Hehe! When I think about all the geocery items I would have to purchase to make all these meals I realize that $69 for almost a week of dinners/lunches (that I didn’t have to cook) is a steal! I also think this is such a great subscription for single people, couples, and even retired couples. I would of totally gifted this to my Grandmother!
