I signed up to give my 5 year old and I something to do together. They are very easy and she can do most of the work. She loved it!

All the ingredients and step by step directions.

First we crumbled the cake and baked it to make it crunchy.

Then we mixed it with the dark chocolate ganache.

And pressed it into the sides & bottom to form cups. 20160723_090701.jpg

Then we mixed the bavarian cream with the caramel frosting, saving some frosting to drizzle on top. You can also save some chocolate to drizzle on top.

We filled the cups & I drizzled the caramel on top. I did put it in the microwave for a few seconds first. The only issue I had this month, which wasn’t really an issue, was that there was supposed to be a piping bag to fill the cups with that we didn’t receive. But it was so much easier to use a spoon. If I was filling 100 of them then maybe I’d use a bag. They tasted good. My daughter and I had fun. And we have our next kit to make this upcoming week.
