This is the Koala Crate June Box. For 3-4 year olds. My 4 year old and I did this. It was perfect for her age. Not too difficult where she would get upset. And easy enough to hold her attention long enough to complete them.

This month is Ocean Adventure

image

It comes with the information booklet that details all the activities, items needed, messiness factor, & grownup involvement.

This is all the items from the box. The only thing we needed to provide was water.

First activity is the Activity Book.

She was able to complete them all. I just gave her directions. Here’s an example.

Second activity is a foam sea creatures puzzle. Not only is it a puzzle but, you can wet them & stick them to windows or the bath tub. We stuck them to the window. Also extra watercolor paper was provided to trace the puzzle pieces & make your own animals. Shown in the completed watercolor picture below.

Third activity is watercolor fish. Color the fish with markers, spray with the water bottle & let them dry. Add eyes and gill stickers.

Our completed fish & a dolfin we traced & made on our own.

Fourth activity is a fishing game. Using the completed fish we glued them onto the blue cardstock paper. Then we put the fishing pole together.

Using the fishing pole your try to hook it through the opening. We set them on their sides so they stayed up. You can also make the pole without the string so it doesn’t sway. It makes it easier for the younger ones.

Another great box! We loved all the activities. Making the fish was probably her favorite. They were all age appropriate and she completed everything without getting frustrated or bored. They kept her engaged. Definitely recommend for her age group. 3-4. If you’d like to check them out you can do that HERE and get 50% off.
