Yes I do deserve it! =)
Information on all the items in the box.
Bamboo Charcoal Konjac Puff. Value $11.65.
100% Organic Sencha Green Tea Shizuoka, Japan. Value $11. I’m a tea drinker so I’m always happy to have tea!
Traditional Sandlewood Fan. Value $5. I’m actually happy about this. I’m hot blooded & I’m always hot. So I’ll keep this in the diaper bag!
Pocky Matcha Green Tea Covered Biscuit Sticks. Value $2.79. These are delicious!
Authentic Japanese Chopsticks. Value $4.95. We have wooden ones here & my kids are excited to have some nice ones. Now I’ll have to pick up some for all of them though.
Living Abroad in Japan by Ruth Kanagy. Value $14.99. This book is super informative. Details only someone who was there would know. Lots of insight into the culture.
Japanese Wind Chime. Value $7. These cast-iron wind chimes are something very special, hung indoors near a window or outside from the eaves, as it is often done in Japan. They are known as furins. Each furin comes with a strong piece of paper that hangs elegantly downwards. This helps to catch the wind and give off its beautiful chime.
Total Value $57.39. Cost of the box $49.99. Not a huge value but you definitely get your money’s worth. I liked all the items and they all fit the theme perfectly. I’ll keep my eye out and I think I’ll stick with the out of country boxes. I missed Australia last month & I’m kinda bummed. Next up is The Rocky Mountains for May!
